I have had a few pairs of Jazz shoes over the years this is the first time I have had Katz, I am exceptionally pleased. Excellent quality, well made, very quick delivery. Only two small points, I found the laces a wee bit short for using all the holes, and a snug fit, so next time I order will be a half size larger than my normal shoe size. Well done Katz!

Very pleased with the shoes. Sizing good, very soft leather. Only worn once so far but quite comfortable. Delivery was very prompt

Beautifully made shoes, very soft, delivery arrived as estimated. My only reservation is the sizing - the shoes are very snug on my toes and will hopefully give a little with wear.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcel Force 24 hour depending on the weight within Great Britain only.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and may need a signature when the delivery is made.

RETURNS
You may return goods sold by Pure & Precious within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Unfortunately, we no longer arrange exchanges.
However, all you need to do is return the unsuitable item to us for a full
refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item you require.
Please be aware that we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts or packaging.

Any footwear or accessories that have been worn.

Any Item that has been dyed.

Item has scuff marks

Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging or a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued once an order has arrived back at our returns office. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
