A very prompt and successful order. I bought the satin split-soles in size 4 for my mother, she reports that they fit perfectly. Size 4 is her daywear shoe size. For people who like a tight fit, a 1:1 size ratio works fine. The recommendation of a larger size is perhaps for a danceshoe with less flexibility in the material.

I'd never previously bought satin shoes (only leather), as they get so dirty. However, my daughter required satin for performing with EYB. I only ordered up half a size so they are nice and snug. She is delighted with them, and I was pleased to find it was easy to remove the elastic to sew on ribbons.

Lovely shoe my daughter has slim feet so is a very nice fit, normally wears a 51/2 but ordered a 61/2 wear fits well. Great delivery service very quick.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcel Force 24 hour depending on the weight within Great Britain only.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and may need a signature when the delivery is made.
If any of your order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the due delivery date.

RETURNS
You may return goods sold by Pure & Precious within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Unfortunately, we no longer arrange exchanges.
However, all you need to do is return the unsuitable item to us for a full
refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item you require.
Please be aware that we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts or packaging.

Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging or a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued once an order has arrived back at our returns office. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
