Top quality ballroom shoes. Excellent price-quality ratio. I would have appreciated a small bag to contain them.

Beautiful shoes and very comfortable in this some time. Absolutely love them! The only problem I've had, I'm usually size 4 but had to exchange them for 4.5. However it was very quick and pleasant transactions. Will definitely buy again. Thank you Katz!

Love the shoes, looks great on the floor. Would suggest to buy 1/2 size up. I was very lucky that they were out of my size (uk 6) an I decided to get 6.5 instead of waiting a few weeks for them to make more. I was very lucky that this fitted me well, I feel if I got a slightly smaller size it would be too small

Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcel Force 24 hour depending on the weight within Great Britain only.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and may need a signature when the delivery is made.
If any of your order is out of stock we will notify you and advise of the due delivery date.
All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee Specific deadlines.

RETURNS
You may return goods sold by Pure & Precious within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Unfortunately, we no longer arrange exchanges.
However, all you need to do is return the unsuitable item to us for a full
refund, and then place a new order for the replacement item you require.
Please be aware that we do not refund the postage to send items back to us unless they are faulty.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Item is returned after the 14 days of delivery
All returned items must be in their original condition and including all packaging or a refund will not be issued.
Refunds will be issued once an order has arrived back at our returns office. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost.
