Q: I want to order - but need it by tomorrow!
A: For urgent orders please phone us on 01832 735181 between 9.00am and 5pm. We can also post by Royal Mail Special Delivery if placing your order over the phone (you can also choose this at the checkout process). This service is guaranteed for the next working day.

Q: I prefer to pay by card. How can I do this?
A: PayPal will give you the option to pay via card if you wish. However, if you'd prefer to phone us and pay via this method, please call on 01832 735181. Our lines are open Monday - Thursday 9.00am-5pm, Fridays 9.00am-3pm. To make a payment, please remember to state your EBay ID. Please remember that we do NOT accept American Express.
Q: Can I pay via cheque or postal order?
A: You can. Please send the cheque or postal order to: Katz Dancewear Ltd, 20 Midland Road, Thrapston Northamptonshire NN14 4JR. Please include your name and eBay ID and make the cheque payable to Katz Dancewear Ltd.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please complete your returns note and return your item(s) to EBay Katz dancewear, 20 Midland Road, Thrapston, Northamptonshire, NN14 4JR. Please note we no longer offer exchanges but can refund any unwanted items, leaving you free to place a new order for your required item.
Q: How long does it take to be refunded?
A: Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, and the paperwork sent to our returns office, you'll then be refunded right away.
Q: Do you offer combined postage?
A: We do indeed! Please add each item required to your basket, then select "request invoice from seller". If for any reason this doesn't work, please pay in full and let us know. We can then calculate your combined postage cost and refund you the price difference via PayPal.
Q: How do I combine postage for more than one item on the same listing?
A: Please purchase your items and await a new invoice so we can change the postage costs. Click onto the listing and buy one size. Once confirmed press "Buy another variation" then choose your next Size/Colour. Once completed, await a new invoice before paying so we can combine postage.
Q: Why won't the shop let me select my required size or colour from the drop down menu?
A: If for any reason a particular size/colour is not appearing in the drop down menu, this particular combination will have sold out.
Q: Ballet Shoe Sizing - Help!
A: Ballet shoes are cut smaller than regular street footwear, so we advise customers go up by a size and a half from their regular shoes. We also have a size guide of the measurements within the listing to help further.
Q: How do your garments come up in terms of size?
A: These items do come up on the smaller side, so we'd recommend choosing the size up to that normally worn for a more comfortable fit, especially if you're on the taller side.
