Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours once paid excluding weekends. All UK parcels are sent out by Royal Mail standard 1st class 1-3 days delivery. Large orders are sent out by Parcel Force Next Day courier service.

For urgent orders, please phone us on 01832 735181. Lines are open Monday to Thursday from 9.00am until 5.00pm and on Fridays from 9.00am until 3.00pm. We can take your order over the phone and dispatch straight away. We can also offer Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, or Parcel Force Next Day courier servicer orders placed over the phone only.

Parcels sent to countries within Europe are sent by Standard Royal Mail Airmail. Depending on the country, customers generally experience delivery of their item within approximately 7-10 working days as a rough guide. 
Parcels being sent to countries within the rest of the world are sent by Standard Royal Mail Airmail 10 working days.

Combined Postage

For combined postage please purchase your items and await a new invoice before making a payment so we can change the postage cost as these needs to be done manually. You will receive an email when we have sent the new invoice.

If you cannot wait for a new invoice as your order is needed urgently, please make full payment via PayPal and once completed send us an EBay message regarding that you have made full payment and would like a refund for the difference for combined postage for your order.

We will then refund you the difference for combined postage via PayPal once your order has been printed.
